Taipei, Taiwan — A Special Place in My Travel Memories
2005–2011
I first visited Taipei in January 2005, taking a trip to Taiwan while I was living in Yokohama, Japan. I enjoyed exploring the city and experiencing Taiwan firsthand, and the photographs from that visit remain part of my travel collection.
Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport later became a familiar and memorable stop during my travels to Thailand aboard EVA Air. I passed through Taipei in September 2007, October–November 2007, February 2008, April 2009, and June 2011.
I remember the atmosphere of the airport, the EVA Air aircraft, and especially the beautiful instrumental music associated with those journeys. The melodies became part of the experience of traveling across the Pacific.
